So where would you like to start?
1. Do you only accept PayPal for payments?
No! You can make payment through the PayPal page using your credit card or EFT and do not require a PayPal account. We choose to use the most widely accepted and safest form of e-commerce, PayPal has the flexibility of purchasers using their own payment methods or their PayPal account. The choice is yours! If you prefer, you can also phone through credit card details during business hours or pay via direct deposit.
2. How do I select sizes and colours?
When you have identified an item you wish to purchase, click on it for more details. There you will find the available sizes and colours for selection. Click 'Add to Cart'.
3. Is all your stock available on line?
No. We have a great selection on line, but much more is available at our Richmond store. If you can't find what you want online, send us an email at uberstar_uberstar.com.au and we will do our best to help you out with other lines in stock.
4. How much is postage in Australia?
Postage is $9.50 for up to 3 items and $13 for up to 9 items and is usuallIy dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (excluding sale times).
5. Do you post overseas?
Yes we do. Simply complete checkout and pay the default postage rate and we will send you a separate PayPal invoice for the difference when freight has been calculated.
6. Do you accept returns?
As per store policy, we accept returns for change of mind for exchange or credit when the tags are still attached and the garment has not been used or altered (excluding items marked as samples or seconds). Postage is at the purchasers expense. All statutory rights relating to faulty goods apply.
Sale conditions:
